We are Doug and Linda Eldred from the Skaneateles area, farming over 1400 acres. After much research about hydroponic growing, we decided to open Strawberry Fields U-Pick Hydroponic Farm in July of 2009. We have always enjoyed gardening but did not like all the weeding that goes along with it. So, we are very excited to offer this concept to our local community for the freshest tasting strawberries and vegetables.
